I’ve Received My Event Tickets but Not My Car Parking Ticket
Don’t worry, in most cases, this is expected depending on the type of parking you’ve booked.
✅ Quick Summary
- Only Park and Ride Bus tickets appear in the app
- Circuit parking uses vehicle registration (no ticket)

🚗 If You Booked Park and Ride
- Your bus transfer ticket will be available in the Silverstone Tickets app
- You’ll need to scan this in order to get access to the Bus to the Circuit
🚙 If You Booked Circuit Parking
- You will not receive a parking ticket in the app
- Instead, you must:
- Use the MyCarPass link sent to you
- Register your vehicle before the event
♿ Blue Badge Parking
- This process is different
- If you’ve pre-booked Blue Badge parking:
- You’ll receive separate instructions
- This will include how to register your vehicle
