This is likely because your booking has been amended, upgraded or exchanged since your original purchase; not to worry, this is completely normal, and there is nothing for you to be concerned about. Our system processes every booking that has been created, including original versions, rather than updating registrations in real time.
Here is what is happening behind the scenes:
- You will first receive registration details for your original booking
- Shortly after, your original booking will be cancelled in the system
- Your updated travel booking will then be processed
- You can expect to receive your revised registration confirmation within a few working days
