We’ve made the application process as straightforward as possible to help us understand your access needs and put the right support in place for your visit.
To apply, please download and complete our online Day Access Requirement Form, which is only valid once you have a ticket reference number.
When your form is ready, send it to us at access@carfest.silverstone.co.uk along with any relevant supporting Documents. If you’re attending with a 1‑day, 2‑day or 3‑day non‑camping ticket, you’ll need to complete the Day Access Form.
If you’re joining us with Big Early or 3‑day camping tickets, the Camping Access Form should be used instead.
Once we’ve received your application, we’ll review your request and aim to confirm the outcome within 10 working days. You’ll then receive a confirmation email from us with any next steps or additional instructions you may need ahead of your arrival.
As a final reminder, free Personal Assistant tickets are issued for essential support only and cannot be sold on. If you have everything ready, sending your form and evidence as early as possible will help ensure a smooth and well‑supported experience at CarFest.
