We want to make your visit as smooth as possible if you require the support of a personal assistant or carer, and our ticketing process is designed to be clear and fair for everyone.
For adults:
You'll need to purchase a ticket for every fee-paying member of your party. Please do not purchase a ticket for the person attending as your personal assistant or carer, as refunds are not available if PA tickets are bought in advance.
If your application for a free PA ticket is not approved, you’ll have the option to pay for the additional ticket at a later stage.
For children and teenagers:
Free tickets are available for all young people with access requirements who successfully prove eligibility through the access registration form. Where a PA application is approved, the child’s ticket will be free of charge, while the personal assistant or carer must purchase a full adult ticket.
Please note that a personal assistant or carer must be aged 18 or over. If you’re unsure which tickets you need at the time of booking, our advice is to secure tickets for all paying guests first and complete the access process as early as possible, so everything is in place well ahead of your visit.
