I Can No Longer Attend the BTCC Can My Tickets Be Returned?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
Refund Policy
- In line with Silverstone’s Terms and Conditions:
- Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged if you are unable to attend
- The only exception applies if:
- The event is cancelled, and
- The circumstances are covered under Silverstone’s insurance policy

- Change of plans, personal circumstances, or scheduling conflicts:
- ❌ Do not qualify for a refund
