If your voucher has an expiry date, it is important to redeem it before it expires. Once a voucher has expired, it cannot be extended, reactivated, or exchanged.

⏰ Can You Extend the Expiry Date of My Voucher?
No. Unfortunately, voucher expiry dates cannot be extended.
All vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the voucher.
❓ What Happens When a Voucher Expires?
Once a voucher reaches its expiry date:
- It is automatically marked as completed
- It is removed from the active system
- It becomes non-redeemable
- It can no longer be used for bookings or purchases
📅 What Should I Do If My Voucher Has Expired?
Unfortunately, once a voucher has expired, we are unable to:
- Reinstate it
- Reactivate it
- Extend the expiry date
- Exchange it for an alternative voucher or product
