Finding Information While You’re at the Venue
We want you to feel supported from the moment you arrive, and there are plenty of places around the venue where you can find helpful information.
Our Racemakers and gate staff are full of knowledge and always ready to point you in the right direction. If they don’t have the answer you need, you can also visit our Information Point located at the Main Stage. Our Racemakers are easy to spot in their bright blue and pink outfits, and you’ll find them throughout the venue. They’re passionate about helping you make the most of your weekend, and we truly couldn’t do it without them.
If you need further support, our Customer Corner is located at the main entrance (Gate 19) just remember to scan your ticket out before heading over. They can assist with ticket queries, lost property and any additional information you may need.
