Yes, there is free parking on site. Follow signage for Kart Silverstone.
To access Kart Silverstone, you will need to go through the Main Gate (next to the Silverstone Museum). From there, head over the first bridge and the track will be on your left. You can park in the carpark on the left next to the track or on the overflow carpark on the right.
