If you contact us by letter or by email, we will review your enquiry fully and ensure that it is investigated by the most suitable person within our organisation. We will normally get back to you by email and within 14 days.
If your enquiry is of an urgent nature, we will prioritise if possible and escalate to the appropriate person within our organisation. We appreciate that some enquiries may take longer than others to resolve, particularly if they involve input from a third party, vendors or organisers for example.
If you are at the venue then we may have a Duty Manager on site where they will endeavour to address if possible. If we are still not able to address fully, please contact us by emailing on one of the above email addresses.
Complaints will close 30 days post event.
Silverstone Circuits Ltd will do all we can to provide you with a suitable response to your enquiry within seven working days. It is through your valuable feedback that we are able to review and improve the overall services and amenities we provide to our guests if within our control and reasonably practicable.
