No, you cannot use a screenshot of your digital ticket because the QR code is live.
📲 Why Won’t a Screenshot of My Ticket Work?
Screenshots will not work for your digital ticket because:
- The ticket uses a live QR code
- A screenshot will not be able to capture the screen due to in-app security procedures
- If you have managed to screenshot or have taken the picture on a separate device, our gate staff will not accept this as a valid entry ticket.
