As a ticket holder, you'll need to transfer the tickets to the right people before the event, it's really easy to do in our app.
1. Go to the 'My Tickets' section in the app and select the ticket you want to transfer.
2. Scroll down and click on 'Send your ticket'.
3. You can send up to 5 at a time using the 'select more tickets to send' option.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen to enter the guest's email address.
5. Finally, select 'send' to complete the transfer.
When you send the ticket, we'll email the guest(s), asking them to download and register on the Silverstone Ticketing app. They will then be able to accept the ticket and have it on their device. You have the option to cancel the transfer until the tickets have been accepted by your guest(s).
