Full payment is taken by credit card at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel, you are able to transfer to another day provided that we have received 14 days written notice by email to testing@silverstone.co.uk (e.g. if your track day is the 29th for example, then notification of your cancellation must be received no later than 17:30 on the 15th of that month)
Please note:
- In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days before the test, no refund or transfer will be issued
- No refunds are given - only a transfer based on the conditions above is possible
- Should your car breakdown on the day before or during the event day, unfortunately, no refund or transfer will be issued
