Prior to your departure to the venue please consider the following:
If you are experiencing any of the common Covid-19 Symptoms, including a new persistent cough, high temperature, loss of taste and smell. Should you be experiencing any of these symptoms please do not attend the event and organise a Covid-19 Test.
If you have been identified as a close contact needing to self-isolate you must not attend the event.
If you are unable to attend for the above reasons you must:
- Send an email to email@example.com as soon as you are aware.
- Notifications must reach us by 8.30am on the day of your booked Experience. Non-notification will be treated as a no show and no refund and/or reschedule will be permitted.
- You will need to arrange a COVID-19 Lateral Flow or PCR test sending the test results within 7 days, if using a Lateral Flow Test your result will need to be logged with NHS Direct with proof of this provided to our team. Alternatively you'll need to provide proof of your close contact notification from NHS Track & Trace. We will then be able to reschedule your Experience. Rebooked experiences must be taken within 3 months from the date of your original Date.
