When F1 tickets are bought, ticket protection is offered at checkout to protect bookings for circumstances that arise, preventing attendance. If this is not added to the booking when purchasing the tickets, then we're unable to assist with any refund or resell requests. The protection is either confirmed or denied before checking out. Transfer the Tickets: You can transfer the tickets to another person who can attend the event. However one ticket per day must remain with the Purchaser.
