If you added XCover protection during checkout, you can submit a claim directly with XCover if you’re unable to attend the event.

- Go to the XCover claims page:

- Follow the steps to submit your claim
- Upload any required supporting documents
✅ What May Be Covered
Depending on your policy, you may be able to claim if:
- You or another ticket holder cannot attend due to illness or injury
- A close family member is ill, injured, or has passed away
- You’re affected by transport disruption (e.g. strikes)
- You’re called for jury duty or military service
